Princeton 52, Elk Creek 27
The Lady Eagles flew out to a 21-2 lead after the first quarter in Friday's home win over Elk Creek.
The Lady Eagles were led by the triple-scoring threat of Gaby Rodriguez, Amanda Hansen and Maryssa Martin, who scored 14, 13 and 12 points, respectively.
Rodriguez also finished off a double-double with a team-leading 11 rebounds.
Kayleen Swearinger led the Lady Elks (5-10, 2-5 Pioneer-Valley League) with 10 points, and Taylor Munk helped out with nine.
Sarah McCabe was a monster on the boards for Elk Creek, hauling down 16 rebounds.
The Lady Elks hosted Providence on Tuesday, and remain home to take on Champion on Friday.
Princeton (14-5, 6-0 PVL) opened its doors to Redding Adventist on Tuesday, plays at Champion today, and at Paradise Adventist on Thursday.
