Elks lose final twinbill

The Elk Creek Elks completed their season with a pair of losses to Hayfork and a pair of forfeit losses to Westwood.

The Elks fell to the league champion Timberjacks 11-2 and 13-3 on Wednesday. Liana Langford had three hits in the 11-2 loss while Meri Burt blasted a double. In the second game, Jamie Wycoff had a triple and Clair Crites had two hits.

The Elks end the season 0-10 in North Valley League play and 2-16 overall.
