Holsinger's wife arrested for DUI

Barbara Yingling, wife of Willows City Manager Steve Holsinger, was pulled over by Willows police Saturday night for not maintaining her vehicle within a single lane, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

Because her husband is a city official, Willows police requested CHP’s assitance. Holsinger was a passenger in the car, a CHP spokesman said.

On arrival, Officer Robert Gardner performed a field sobriety test before concluding that Yingling was impaired. She was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. The CHP would not release her blood-alcohol concentration.

Yingling was arrested and booked into the Glenn County Jail. She was released Sunday after posting $2,000 bail.
