NEW DATABASE: 2008 Census population estimates

The U.S. Census Bureau has released July 1, 2008, subcounty population estimates, searchable for every state, county and city/town/place in the nation.

Using the "Incorporated place" search option for a list of California cities shows Willows stayed flat from 2000 to 2008, with 6,266 residents as of July 1, 2008, an increase of 0.7 percent since July 2000.
