Police blotter: May 2, 2009

Felonies

MIkel William Guill, 43, of the 600 block of South Murdock Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 2:05 a.m. April 26 at Garden and Colusa streets on suspicion of knowingly receiving stolen property and driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

 

DUIs

John Lee Bettencourt, 58, address unavailable, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 8:18 p.m. April 27 at Eighth and Tehama streets. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Alfonso Garcia, 44, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:12 p.m. April 26 at Highway 32 and Los Robles Avenue, Hamilton City. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Brian Joshua Kermen, 23, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:40 a.m. April 26 at County Roads 39 and W. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Marcelino Perez Torres, 32, of Red Bluff, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:35 a.m. April 26 on Highway 32 and County Road O, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
