Veterans hold sale today
Glenn County veterans will hold a flea market from 8 a.m. — 2 p.m. today at Willows Memorial Hall, 525 W. Sycamore St., Willows.
Table space is available for $12, which includes a large table.

Cal Water to begin maintenance
Starting in February, California Water Service Company will begin a two to three month system-wide flushing program that will improve water system circulation and enhance quality.
During the week of Feb. 10, flushing will be conducted between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. in the business district of northwest Willows. Work is planned during these times to minimize any impact to nearby businesses.
Cal Water will provide updates as flushing becomes scheduled for other parts of town.

Sweetheart dinner Thursday
A sweetheart spaghetti dinner will be served from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Valentine's Day at the Jacinto Grange Hall, 7254 County Road 39, Glenn.
The cost is $10 for adults; and $3 for children 6-12. Children under 3 are free.
Dinner includes a free flower for your sweetheart.
Artists wanted for event
The Colusa County Arts Council is hosting an Art and Wine Tasting on March 16 at the Sacramento Valley Museum in Williams.
Artist applications are being accepted through March 8.

Boosters to hold mattress sale
The Willows High School Boosters will hold a mattress sale fundraiser from 10 a.m. — 4 p.m. March 16-17 at Willows High School.
New, non-refurbished name-brand mattresses and bedroom sets will be available starting at $199 per set, supplied by Furniture Direct.
Mattress will be delivered three weeks after purchased.
