The Glenn County Sheriff’s Office is seeking URRUTIA, ANGEL for charges of violation of probation on charges of possession of stolen property.
URRUTIA, 19, is 5-foot-4, 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
URRUTIA has multiple tattoos including a cross with “Papa” on upper right arm, praying hands on right breast, “Kaleigh” on left breast and
“H” on right leg and “C” on left leg.
