• Occupation: Owner of Thornton Tire & Muffler.

• Favorite part of the job: Making people happy by getting their problems fixed.

• What part of your job would you gladly give up? You never actually get time off from work being an owner. The business is always on your mind 24/7.

• What do you like most about Willows? I would have to say the people. I was born and raised here, there are a lot of good people in Willows.

• What would you like to change in Willows? The small town drama. Everybody talks about each other.

• What's the closest you have been to a famous person? I am a UFC fighter so I have met a lot of other fighters. There are too many to mention.

• Tell us about a life-changing experience: Becoming a father at 19. I had to step up and be a man.

• If you were granted one wish, what would you wish for? That I would win the lottery.

• Whom do you most admire and why? My brother, Zack, for overcoming his obstacles and his strength.

• What are your favorite places to go in the area? Reno and Fort Bragg are at the top of my list.

• What was your first job? I was a window glazier at Ramsey's Glass in Willows.

• If you were a superhero, what would your power be? The ability to read minds.

• What is something you can't live without? Going to the gym and working out.

• What's something about yourself that your friends might not know? That I am sensitive.

• Do you have any pet peeves? People who say they are going to do something and then they don't.

• Describe yourself in three words? Strong, sensitive and caring

• Pets: A Great Dane, Clinch, and a yellow Lab, Gracie.

• How do you unwind? Going to the gym.

• Hobbies/interests: Cagefighting and hunting.

• Where do you get your news? Willows Journal

• Favorite thing to do on a rainy day: Kicking back on the couch with the fireplace going.

• Dream job: A full-time UFC fighter.

• Fondest memory: The birth of both of my children.

• Favorite book: Any body building magazine

• Favorite food: Chicken breast

• Favorite music: Anything on Z-Rock

• If you were reincarnated as an animal, which would you be and why? A bald eagle: They have freedom and they are superior hunters.

• What is your guilty pleasure? A Hershey with almonds candy bar

• What quality in people do you most admire? Honesty and goal-driven

• What was your favorite toy as a child? BB gun

• Favorite superhero: The Incredible Hulk

• Favorite TV show: "Ultimate Fighter"

• Worst fear: Failing

• Most embarrassing moment: Getting into trouble when I was a kid and making the front page of the newspaper.

• What would you do for a Klondike Bar? I would jump out of a plane.
