Bonita Schonauer

Memorial services were held Tuesday at F.D. Sweet & Son Mortuary in Orland for Bonita A. (Hall) Dealy Schonauer, 88, of Orland.

Schonauer died Nov. 19, 2008, at WestHaven Assisted Living in Orland.

Schonauer was born to Ancil and Alice Hall on Feb. 10, 1920, in Suisun.

She worked for Pacific Gas & Electric Co. and retired from Hartford Insurance.

Her first husband, Buck Dealy, and two brothers, Ancil Jr. and Bob Hall, preceded her in death.

She is survived by husband, Gene Schonauer, of Orland; daughters Bonnie Tipton, of Redding, and Joanne Boelens (Bob), of Chico; stepsons Spike (Christy) and Chuck Schonauer, of Orland; six grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
