Occupation: Funeral director at F.D. Sweet & Son, Willows; and an aerobic instructor at Body Works.
Hobbies and interests: I enjoy horseback riding, water sports, antiques, eating out, exercising, but mostly I like watching movies, bike riding and playing with my granddaughter, Trinity.
What are your favorite things about autumn? I love the cooler weather, watching the trees change color and looking at the beautiful autumn photos people take and share.
What are some of your fondest memories? My fondest memories are with my very large family. My parents provided a lifetime of great memories; we did so much together. I tried to extend my memories and help my own children make new memories.
Whom do you most admire and why? My parents, Ray and Dixie Demeyer.
What is your dream job? I have always had my dream jobs. I've worked on an ambulance and then on to the funeral home. Some part of me always thinks that a career in the Coast Guard would have been a good challenge for me.
What qualities in people do you most admire? I admire unconditional love, (and) supportive, compassionate and hardworking people.
What are you thankful for? My husband and how he supports my job and the crazy hours, the phone calls at all hours, and the nights he waits up for me to make sure I am OK.
Is there anything you're truly passionate about? I am passionate about seeing that the families at my work who are grieving get all the love, support and help they need to get through each day.
What is your greatest accomplishment? My girls: I am so proud of them.
