Ice cream social

The Friends of the Orland Library’s 25th annual ice cream social is scheduled for Aug. 24 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the new gazebo in the Orland Library Park, 4th and Yolo Streets. Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and cookies will be served accompanied by musical entertainment.

Adults are $5; children 7-12 $1 and under six years is free with an adult.
