The Glenn County Sheriff’s Office is seeking HANEY, SHELBY for charges of violation of probation on charges of possession of narcotics/controlled substance ( P.C. 1203.2(a) and H&S 11350(a) ) HANEY,37, is 5-foot-10, 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. HANEY has numerous tattoos including “SEX” on right arm, Tazmanian Devin on upper left arm, stars on left hand and “14” on left wrist.
