Police Blotter: Nov. 26

Felonies
Robert Dale Woodward, 36, of Corning, was arrested by the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office at 11:23 p.m. Nov. 24 on County Road 203, Hamilton City on suspicion of forging vehicle registration. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Joshua Glenn Frailey, 27, of the 400 block of East Street, Orland, was arrested by the Glenn County Interagency Narcotics Task Force at 4:44 p.m. Nov. 24 on South Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Angel Sanchez, 24, of the 600 block of South Butte Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 11:55 p.m. Nov. 22 at Butte and Green streets on suspicion of obstructing executive officers. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

DUI
Gilberto Selgato, age unknown, of the first block of Chapman Street, Orland, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 10:10 p.m. Nov. 24 on his residence. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Shaana Nicole McBride, 24, of Torrence, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:40 a.m. Nov. 24 on southbound Interstate 5, north of County Road 68, Willows. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Jesse Eli Hunt, 27, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:06 a.m. Nov. 24 on northbound Interstate 5, north of Walker Creek. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Domingo Medrano-Munoz, 56, of the 3000 block of County Road N, Artois, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:41 p.m. Nov. 23 on County Road N, south of County Road 30. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Oscar Portugal Ornalas, 35, of Hayward, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:05 a.m. Nov. 22 on northbound Interstate 5 at the Tehama County line. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
