414 S SHASTA ST - Officers Vessels and DeVoss responded to the 400 block of S. Shasta, regarding a barking dog complaint from Sarah Williams.  Upon arrival, a dog was heard barking at 414 S. Shasta.  Contact was made with Byron Sanchez (20) at the resdince.  He was advised of the complaint and stated he would take care of the problem. 

543 W OAK ST - Kirsten Gray (37) reported a hit and run to her gray GMC Yukon California License #5LBE875 while parked at 543 W Oak St sometime on May 9, 2008. The vehicle sustained minor damages to the passenger side bumper. The case is under investigation.

156 S BUTTE ST - Officer Alves responded to the Willows Market to speak with the owner regarding an unwanted subject who had already left the business. Upon arrival, she spoke with the owner regarding the incident and he was advised to call back if the subject returned.

1020 W WOOD ST - CSO Cano responded to Sierra Central for a report of traffic hazard. On arrival, he did not observe anything hazardous.

470 N AIRPORT RD - Officer DeVoss responded to the WalMart parking lot to assist the CHP as requested with transportation.

203 N MURDOCK AVE - Officer DeVoss responded to the area of Willows High School regarding a report that a missing run away juvenile was seen in the area.  The High School and surrounding area were checked and the juvenile could not be located.

231 W SYCAMORE ST - Karen Roberts (57) of the Health Habit called to make a report of petty theft from the weekend.  While at the business on the report, the suspect - Kendra Nordyke (37) of Willows,  returned to the business.  She tried to return one item she admitted to stealing.  Nordyke was released on a signed promise to appear for shoplifting.

1201 W WOOD ST - Officer DeVoss responded to Willows Oak Apartments for a Civil Stand-by and met with Shaun White (25yoa).  No one was home at the apartment so the officer provided contact information to Mr. White for his civil matter.
Officer DeVoss and Sgt. Walter responded to 802 Brennan Place for a report that Holly Herd was outside the residence drinking and was unwanted.  Officers contacted Herd and determined Ms. Herd was unable to care for her safety or the safety of others and would probably continue to be a nuisance to the public if left on her own.  Ms. Herd was arrested for 647(f) PC and booked at the Glenn County Jail.

517 S TEHAMA ST - Leah Hunt (44) reported a collision in the parking lot of Sani-Food at 517 S. Tehama St.  A gray 1999 Chevy Tahoe driven by Alex Sutton of Maxwell struck the driver’s side door of Hunt’s orange 2005 Ford Mustang.  Sutton turned into a parking space adjacent to Hunt’s parked Mustang, and Sutton struck the open door as he turned in.  Information was exchanged.

380 ELM ST - GCSO Deputies requested Willows PD check the area of Jensen Park for a domestic violence suspect that was possibly on her way to the park.  Sgt. Walter responded to the area to check for the vehicle.  While at the park, a GCSO Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle outside of the city and the suspect was arrested.

1201 W WOOD ST - Elaine Foley (19) called to request to speak to an officer about a child custody and visitation matter.  Sgt. Walter responded to Foley’s apartment and provided her with some information.
