John Garner of Willows and Neha Duggal of Modesto were wed June 19, 2010, at the Double Tree Hotel in Modesto, officiated by the Rev. Rick Schlosser.
John, son of Randy and Renee Garner of Willows, is a graduate of U.C. Davis and the University of San Diego School of Law. He is an associate at the Sacramento firm of Diepenbrock Harrison. Neha, daughter of Dr. Arun and Renu Duggal of Modesto, is a graduate of U.C. Davis and University of San Diego School of Law and is employed at a law firm in Sacramento. The couple reside in Sacramento.
