Lean Chinese history at Rotary

The public is invited to join the Willows Rotary Club for a special luncheon presentation on the history of Chinese immigration to California. The Rotary Club meets at Pat & Larry’s at noon, on Thursday. Cost of lunch is $15 and includes choice of entrée, beverage and dessert.
