201 N LASSEN ST - An 11 year old juvenile came into the Willows Police Department and reported his bicycle stolen. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.
541 W OAK ST - Officer Vessels responded to the Glenn County Probation Department to take a theft report. Upon arrival, he contacted Sylvia Hoenike. She reported that someone stole two duffle bags containing CPR manikins from the back seat of her car, while parked at Denny’s.
156 S BUTTE ST - Rodney Else reported an illegally parked S&W truck was parked unattended on Butte at Oak with the motor running. Officer Vessels responded and contacted the driver, Thomas Freeman (unk age) of Sacramento. Freeman was issued a written warning and warned that a citation would be issued in the event of any further violations.
201 N LASSEN ST - Juanita Martindale (41) contacted Officer Vessels at the Willows Police Department and requested information on obtaining a restraining order. She was directed to the court.
505 N HUMBOLDT AVE - Officer Brown responded to Starbucks for the report of vandalism. Upon arrival it was determined no crime had been committed.
100 W WILLOW ST - Officer Brown initiated a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for the speakers being audible from a distance greater than 50 feet. The driver, Magdaleno Rodriguez (36 YOA) was found to be driving on a suspended license. It also showed Rodriguez was not aware of the suspension. Rodriguez was issued a DMV 310 form notifying him of the suspension. The car was parked until a licensed driver could retrieve it.
155 N TEHAMA ST - Officers Brown and Vessels responded to Bank of America for a 911 hang up. Upon arrival the business was checked and it was determined some juveniles were playing with the customer phone.
201 N LASSEN ST - Matthew Randolph (27 YOA) came into the Willows Police Department and reported a property damage only traffic collision. A report was taken by Officer Brown.
470 N AIRPORT RD - Patrick Leonard (49 YOA) of Orland requested an officer check the Wal-Mart parking lot for the Glenn Ride bus. Leonard advised his 16 year old daughter and her 16 year old friend ran away from home and boarded the bus to Willows. Officer Brown responded and located the two juvenile females who were returned to their parents.
