    636 S SHASTA ST - CSO Cano responded to 636 S Shasta St. for a report of a petty theft to a chain hoist. Upon arrival he contacted Henry Quint (73) who reported a chain hoist was stolen on 04-24-08. A report was taken.

    1230 JOY WAY - CSO Cano responded to 1230 Joy Way to take a theft report on gas that was taken sometime last night (04-27-08). Upon arrival he contacted Ralph Langston (71) who stated unknown person (s) siphon gasoline from his 1994 green Chevrolet Sierra which was parked on his driveway. A report was taken

    201 N LASSEN ST - CSO Cano responded to the front lobby of the Willows Police Department to contact a subject who needed a VIN verification to his vehicle. He contacted Alan (no further info) and a VIN verification was done on the vehicle.

    640 HOLLY ST - David Tackett (66) contacted CSO Cano at the Willows Police Department regarding a public nuisance. Information was provided regarding the issue.

    100 S BUTTE ST - An anonymous woman called to report that a black Nissan Maxima that is constantly driven recklessly was parked in front of the Willows Market and she wanted an officer to council the driver. Sgt. Walter responded and was unable to locate the vehicle in the area.

    210 W LAUREL ST - Detective Campbell and Officer Alves responded to 210 W Laurel Street Apt D regarding a verbal argument between Mary Nouanmany (26) and Tommy Anderson (27). Upon arrival, both parties confirmed it was verbal only and Mary left with her sister.

    1145 CEDAR ST - Officer Alves took a stolen bicycle report from a male juvenile at Willows Intermediate School. The incident is under investigation.

    500 4TH ST - Glenn County Dispatch requested that Willows Police check the area for a green van seen in front of the house at 500 4th St. Officer J. Meek checked the area but the van was gone.

    526 W SYCAMORE ST - Glenn County Sheriff’s Office requested that Willows Police assist a female who was distraught at the courthouse. Officer J. Meek escorted Linda Mozzini, age 53, to HRA so that she could receive assistance.

    9 DONNIE LN - Randy Price (46) called to report an assault involving some juveniles. Sgt. Walter responded and took a report for battery to his 8-year-old son.

    W WALNUT ST - An unknown citizen reported that two vehicles were speeding in the area of Walnut and Sierra. Officer J. Meek was in the area and did not see anything suspicious.

    815 W LAUREL ST - An unknown citizen reported that a subject was in the skatepark on a bike. On arrival Officer J.Meek found no violations.

    128 S COLUSA ST - Robert Lutz of Princeton reported that a speeding Volvo was in the area and had been driving recklessly. Officer J.Meek checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle.

    7 DONNIE LN - Sue Kemp (39) came to the Willows Police Department and reported a theft of cash and medication from her residence. Officer Vessels took a report.
    943 W SYCAMORE ST - Officer Vessels responded to 934 W. Sycamore St. for a VIN verification on a trailer for Lawrence Owen (52).

    1100 W SYCAMORE ST - Officer Gridley contacted Joseph Armendariz (30) while assisting CHP on a traffic stop. Armendariz was subsequently arrested and booked into the Glenn County Jail on a no bail parole hold.
