Felonies

Jennifer Paige Oleari, of the 400 block of West Wood Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 10:56 p.m. May 1 at her residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Samuel Joseph Erwin, 25, of Chico, was arrested by the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office at 7:03 a.m. May 1 at First and Sierra Streets, Hamilton City, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Michael Herrera, 27, of the 600 block of Hamilton City, was arrested by the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office at 1:53 a.m. May 1 on Sacramento Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

DUIs

Lashanna Shanea Ingraham, 23, of Oakland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:15 a.m. May 3 at West Willow and North Shasta streets, Willows. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Richard Edward Kerr, of Cottonwood, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:18 a.m. May 1 on northbound Interstate 5, at the County Road 28 offramp, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Larry Brian Vis, 49, of Byron, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:01 a.m. April 30 on northbound Interstate 5 at the Highway 162 offramp. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
