Police Blotter: May 9, 2009

Felonies

Lanay Ann Stafford, 28, of Corning, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 2:41 a.m. May 6 in the 100 block of Sixth Street, Orland, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Michael Wayne Vonalmen, 23, of the 100 block of Sixth Street, Orland, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 3:07 a.m. May 5 at his residence on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.


DUIs

Jason Mark Sweeny, 34, of Oroville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:12 a.m. May 5 at Sacramento Avenue and Edgewater Drive, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Noe Lizama Flores, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:35 p.m. May 5 at Edgewater Drive and Pebble Beach Drive, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Manuel Javier Soto, 52, of the 300 block of Third Street, Hamilton City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:27 p.m. May 5 at Broadway Street, south of Fourth Street, Hamilton City. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
