    Police logs listings are compiled from reports filed with area law enforcement and public safety agencies...

    0114 hrs USA Gas Station clerk Wendy Barrera, 42 reported a woman screaming from the area of the old Long's Drugs on South Street. Sgt Vlach, Detective Blair, Deputies Smith and Brazzi searched the area but were unable to locate anyone or anything out of the ordinary.

    0040 hrs Officer Lopeteguy made contact with a subject at the corner of East and Walker Streets for suspicion of public intoxication. Officer Lopeteguy spoke with Arturo Gamboa 41 of Orland. Gamboa displayed signs and symptoms of being extremely intoxication. Gamboa was subsequently arrested for public intoxication for his safety. Gamboa was transported and booked into the Glenn County Jail.

    0042 hrs GCSO detective Detective Blair made a traffic stop on a red Ford pickup for erratic driving. On making contact with the driver, John Fleming 46 of Orland he noticed that Fleming appeared to be intoxicated. Officer Lopeteguy was requested to respond for a DUI evaluation. Fleming was later arrested for DUI. Fleming was transported to the Glenn County Jail and booked on a charge alleging driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a BAC of .08% or greater.

    1100 hrs Sgt. Baker received a report from dispatch of anonymous caller reporting suspicious vehicles driving in the area of the 200 block of East Shasta St. Officer checked the area for a black Cadillac, unknown make and model of a red car and an unknown white car. Officer was unable to locate the vehicles.

    1758 hrs Officer Stover responded to 1097 Date Street to take a graffiti vandalism report. Michelle Langmack, 32 of Orland requested documentation only.

    1808 hrs, Sgt. Baker received a report from dispatch that 61 y/o Vickey Boyles of Orland called and reported a subject lying on the ground at Railroad Ave and South St. Sgt Baker contacted 33 y/o Ciro Velasco Hernandez of Orland. After an on scene investigation the officer determined Hernandez was too intoxicated to care for himself or others. Sgt. Baker arrested Hernandez for public intoxication and booked him into the Glenn County Jail.

    2137 hrs Sgt. Baker stopped a black Honda Accord on Ninth Street at Newville Road for no front license plate. The driver, 38 y/o Felimon Anguiano-Alvarez of Orland was subsequently arrested for DUI. The vehicle was stored with Bambauers' Towing.
