    800 SHERWOOD WAY - Teresa Calzada (36) called to report a possibly intoxicated woman walking south on Sherwood toward Green St. The woman was described as having red hair, a pink shirt, and white pajama bottoms. Sgt. Water and Officer Vessels checked the area but were unable to locate the woman.

    201 N LASSEN ST - Curtis Wooldridge (25) requested to speak with an officer via telephone regarding a child custody matter. Officer Vessels spoke with Wooldridge and information was provided.

    600 N HUMBOLDT AVE - Emily Garcia (30) reported a physical altercation between a male and female in the north parking lot at 600 N. Humboldt Ave. Officer Vessels and Sgt. Walter responded and contacted the involved parties. Upon further investigation, Tiffany Martindale (18) was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery and booked into Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.00.

    255 N TEHAMA ST - Officer Vessels responded to 255 N. Tehama (Holi Market) regarding a report of a 911 hang up from the pay phone. Prior to arrival, dispatch advised of another 911 hang up. Upon arrival, there was no one located around the pay phone, and there was no sign of a disturbance.

    151 S TEHAMA ST - Officers DeVoss, Vessels, and Sgt. Walter responded to the area of 151 S Tehama Street regarding a report of two juveniles who had stolen a thirty pack of beer from Willows Liquor Store and fled on foot. A description of the juveniles could not be provided by the reporting party, Satnam Kaur (42 yoa) only that they ran southbound. The surrounding area was checked and officers were unable to locate the individuals.

    500 S MURDOCK AVE - Officers DeVoss and Vessels responded to the 500 block of S. Murdock Ave. on an anonymous report of someone possibly in their backyard. The reporting party did not want to give her name or address. The area was searched and neighbors who were outside stated they had not seen or heard anything unusual.

    445 GREEN ST - Francisco Zepeda (50) reported that unknown subject (s) vandalized his taco truck and stole his cash box from the taco truck sometime the night before (04-30-08).
    CSO Cano responded to 445 Green St. and contacted Francisco who showed him the gang graffiti. The gang graffiti was writing in red and said “Norte X4”, “XIV” and “X4”. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

    119 N BUTTE ST - Officer Alves responded to 119 N. Butte St. to the report of an alarm sounding. Upon arrival, it was determined to be an employee error. No further action.

    200 N CULVER AVE - Officer Alves, Detective Campbell and Glenn County Deputy Owens responded to the area of the 300 block of N. Merrill Ave. to the anonymous report of a male subject who was possibly intoxicated. Upon arrival, Abel Reyes was contacted and found to have two misdemeanor warrants for his arrest out of Glenn County. Reyes was arrested and transported to the Glenn County Jail without incident. Total bail was $40,000.00.

    1201 WOOD ST - Cassandra Burlage (19) reported theft of a debit card. A report was taken by CSO Cano.

    1265 BRENNAN PL - CSO Cano observed an illegal parked vehicle at 1265 Brennan PL. The register owner Jacob Gentile was cited for parking his 1999 Dodge Ram California License #6B27709 illegally.

    470 N AIRPORT RD - Sgt Dahl responded to Wal-Mart for a report of a stolen purse. Gail Schermer (54 yoa) reported that someone stole her purse from her cart while she was checking out at Wal-Mart. A report was taken and the total loss amout was estimated to be $28.00. Purse was located a short time later and was taken into custody.
