GCSO Deputy Smith made a vehicle enforcement stop on County Road 9 at Malton Switch in Orland and requested an officer for a DUI Turnover. Officer Brown was doubled with GCSO Deputy Owens working DUI Enforcement and responded. Upon arrival he contacted the driver, Armando Selgado-Teyes (21 YOA). Selgado was subsequently arrested and booked into the Glenn County Jail for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

1029 ELM ST - Officer Gridley responded to 1029 Elm Street on a request to check the welfare of Susan Curbow (46). Upon arrival, Curbow advised she did not need any assistance.

600 N HUMBOLDT AVE - Officer Gridley and Officer J Meek responded to 600 N Humboldt Avenue Apartment 164 on a report of a verbal argument. Upon arrival, Keith Rudd (40) reported being involved in a verbal argument with David Brown (31). The dispute was settled by separation.

300 N TEHAMA ST - Officer Gridley responded to the Willows Youth Football fireworks stand in the 300 block of N Tehama Street on a report of stolen fireworks. Upon arrival, Darren Reed (32) reported over $900.00 worth of fireworks stolen from the storage unit. A report was taken and the case is under investigation. (see news release)

408 W CEDAR - Elizabeth Ostrander reported finding a hypodermic syringe in front of her home today. Officer J. Meek took possession of the syringe and destroyed it in a medically approved manor.

601 N TEHAMA ST - Officer Gridley and Officer J Meek responded to 601 N Tehama Street on a report of a female yelling obscenities at juveniles. Upon arrival, Theresa Bell (53) was contacted. Bell was subsequently arrested and booked into the Glenn County Jail for public intoxication.

235 N SHASTA ST - Marjorie Wilson reported finding a hypodermic syringe in her back yard. Officer J. Meek took possession of the syringe and disposed of it in a medically acceptable manor

1250 W WOOD ST - GCSO dispatch reported a DUI driver in the parking lot of the Chevron station, 1250 W Wood St, Willows. Officer J. Meek responded and found Russell Fry,43, of Redding driving while intoxicated. Fry was arrested and booked into county jail.
