380 ELM ST - A wallet containing cash was found in the park after the fireworks show which officer J. Meek logged into evidence

300 N BUTTE ST - Officer Gridley conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a pick-up on Butte/Wood. Officer K. Meek contacted the passenger, Matthew Harmer (31), and determined he was under the influence of a controlled substance. Harmer was booked at the Glenn County Jail and a parole hold was issued.

500 S VILLA AVE - Officer K Meek conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a 87 Toyota pick-up. The driver, Nicholas Hodge (43), was cited for driving on a suspended license and having false registration tabs on the vehicle.

679 N MURDOCK AVE - Frank Merchaud requested an officer for a civil stand-by during child custody exchange. Exchange occurred prior to officer arrival.

200 E SYCAMORE ST - While on patrol, Officer Vessels stopped a silver Honda CRV for driving without headlights during darkness. The 15 year old male was subsequently cited for driving without a license, driving without headlights, and possession of dangerous fireworks. The juvenile was released and the vehicle was turned over to the registered owner.

900 JUNIPER DR - Officer K. Meek contacted a 13 yoa and 15 yoa juvenile in possession of illegal fireworks. Juveniles were cited and released.

400 S PLUMAS ST - Officer K. Meek conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a white Honda Civic. Sgt. Tolle who was working DUI enforcement arrested the driver for driving under the influence.

1149 ELM ST - Officers K. Meek, Brown, Sergeant Dahl and Chief Spears responded to 1149 Elm St. Numerous juveniles were contacted, arrested and released to their parents.

1100 ELM ST - Officer Brown responded to the 100 block of Elm St for the anonymous complaint of a loud party. Upon arrival the area was checked but officers were unable to locate the party.

400 CEDAR ST - Officer Brown observed a parked vehicle blocking the private driveway to a residence in the 400 block of Cedar St. Officers attempted to contact the owner of the vehicle to have it moved but were unable to. The vehicle was towed by Hi-Way Towing.

200 S BUTTE ST - Officers Brown, K. Meek and Sergeant Dahl responded to the 600 block of S Butte St for the anonymous report of an agitated male subject walking northbound yelling obscenities. The subject, Zachary Davis (21 YOA), was located in the 200 block of S Butte St. Davis was subsequently arrested and booked into the Glenn County Jail for public intoxication.

1145 CEDAR ST - Officer Brown responded to the Willows Intermediate School for alarm activation. Upon arrival the school was found to be secure.

600 N HUMBOLDT AVE - Officers Brown, K. Meek and Sergeant Dahl responded to 600 N Humboldt Ave (Cedar Hills Manor) for the report of illegal fireworks. Upon arrival they contacted Ericado Fuentes-Sanchez (29 YOA) who was subsequently cited and released for possession of illegal fireworks.

600 N HUMBOLDT AVE - Officers Brown and K. Meek responded to 600 N Humboldt Ave (Cedar Hills Manor) #150 for the anonymous report of a male subject passed out on the steps. Upon arrival officers contacted Ignacio Ortiz-Corona (44 YOA) who was subsequently arrested and booked into the Glenn County Jail for public intoxication.

100 N PLUMAS ST - Officer Brown initiated a vehicle enforcement stop in the 100 block of N Plumas St on a vehicle that failed to make a complete stop at a posted stop sign. The driver, Stuckey Brown (23 YOA) was subsequently arrested and booked into the Glenn County Jail for suspicion of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

609 S LASSEN ST - Officer Gridley responded to 609 S Lassen Street and spoke with Donnie Floyd (42) regarding an animal related incident. The matter was forwarded to animal control for follow-up.

470 N AIRPORT RD - Officer Gridley responded to the Wal-Mart parking lot on a report of a suspicious woman. Upon arrival, Christine Crabtree (20) was contacted and checked okay.

400 S BUTTE ST - Officer Gridley conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a maroon Ford pickup for having an obstructed license plate. The driver, William Lane (61), was found to be driving while his driver’s license was expired. Lane was issued a misdemeanor citation and released upon his signed promise to appear in court.

246 S LASSEN ST - Officer Gridley responded to 246 S Lassen Street and conducted a civil stand-by for Jerry Bazan (55).
