Letter: Confusion over school measure
For the life of me, I could not figure out what ballot Measure P had to do with keeping tax dollars local.
If the proposition did not do that, it appears those who should be examples of intelligence and morality - the teaching profession - have been deceptive as have those who have displayed these signs in their yards.
Would a sponsor of this proposition or one who had the sign in their yard mind explaining this to me?

Editor's Note:
Measure P was a $14.7 million school bond initiative. It was put on the ballot by the Willows Unified School District to make improvements on local schools. The measure was voted down.
