Orland Police Report: July 13

328 S LASSEN ST
Officers Brown and K. Meek responded to 328 S Lassen Street for the anonymous report of juveniles consuming alcohol. Upon arrival officers were unable to locate any juveniles consuming alcohol.

629 S LASSEN ST
Officers Brown and K. Meek responded to 629 S Lassen Street for the report of an argument. Upon arrival officers contacted several juveniles. Two 16 year old juveniles, one male and one female, and a 14 year old juvenile were taken into custody and booked into the Glenn County Juvenile Hall for violating the terms of their probation and obstructing a peace officer.

35  DONNIE LN
While on routine patrol on Donnie Lane near W Laurel Avenue, Officer Brown observed four invidividuals running from him when they saw him. Officer Brown contacted the individuals after they hid behind a vehicle. It was later determined they were juveniles that had been consuming alcohol.

A subsequent investigation lead to Chief Spears, Officers Brown and K. Meek as well as GCSO Sgt. Bouldin contacting Robert Waite (28 YOA) at 35 Donnie Lane. It was determined Waite was contributing to the deliquency of a minor by allowing over 20 juveniles to drink inside his residence. Waite was arrested and transported to the Glenn County Jail.

Also contacted was Steven Wolcott (20 YOA), Richard Hansen (19 YOA) and Juan Leal (21 YOA). All three were arrested and booked for public intoxication.

Officer Meek contacted Melissa Ludovina (19 YOA), who was subsequently arrested and booked into the Glenn County Jail for providing a false name to a peace officer.

1133 W SYCAMORE ST - Officer Brown responded to Glenn Medical Center and assisted hospital staff on transporting Mark Buren (43 YOA) to his residence.

1129 W WOOD ST
Officer K. Meek, Chief Spears and GCSO Sgt. Bouldin responded to St. Monica’s Parish Hall to an anonymous report of subjects threatening the security staff.  The events permit was revoked and the reception ended without incident.

555 N TEHAMA ST
Officer Gridley responded to the vicinity of Sav Mor market to an anonymous report of possible shots fired in the area.  Upon arrival, it was determined the loud noises came from a car that was back firing. 

1333 W SYCAMORE
ST - Officer Gridley responded to 1333 W Sycamore Street Apartment 31 on a report of suspected child abuse.  Upon arrival, Roy Mosier (28) advised his son was abused while staying with his mother in Merced.  A report was taken.

623 S MURDOCK AVE Officer Meek and two CHP officers responded to an anonymous report of a physical disturbance at 623 S Murdock.  Matt Lytle (27) report being assaulted by Andrew Guill (41) and Andy Guill (21).  Lytle just wanted the subjects not to come to his residence again tonight.  Officer’s could not locate the Guills.
