hrs Officer JOHNSON made a traffic stop on a white Ford pick-up on South at
Sixth St. The driver, 50 y/o Kurt ROYCE of Orland was issued a citation for not
having two children properly restrained.

hrs Sgt. Baker was dispatched to the 900 block of Woodward Ave. for a report of
a fight involving two subjects. Prior to the officer's arrival, the subjects
left in a white pickup and a gray car. The area was checked but the vehicle and
subjects were not located.

hrs Officer Cessna was contacted via telephone by Ginger Bippus 46 of Arbuckle
regarding a civil child custody issue. Officers spoke to the father of the
juvenile Gordon Bippus 48 of Orland. Both parties agreed to follow the court
order. No further action was taken.
2025
hrs Officer Cessna responded to the area of E. Colusa St. and Papst Ave. for a
reported speeding vehicle in the area. Officers contacted the reporting party,
Jessica Jeronimo 21 of Orland. The officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
Jeronimo requested extra patrol.
