HIV/AIDS poster winners

Four Glenn County high school students were awarded prizes in the 9th annual HIV/AIDS Education and Prevention Program

poster contest. The winning entries were announced as part of the observance of World AIDS Day 2007 on December 1st.

The student’s artwork will be reproduced in poster format and used throughout Glenn County to promote HIV/AIDS education,

prevention and testing.

Pictured first (left to right) are; Willows High Junior,Bailey Wade, first place winner of $250, with Willows High art teacher,

Mr. Boyd standing in for second place winner of $150, Senior, Brittany Groteguth and Josh Enos, forth place winner of $50.

Pictured separately is Orland High Senior and winner of the $100 third prize, Cody Wackerman. This annual poster contest is conducted by Glenn County Health Services HIV/AIDS Education and Prevention Program who would like to thank all the poster contest participants and congratulate this years winners.
