Name: Heidi Hunt.

Family: My family farms rice, works for the Yuba City Unified School District, and the Sutter County Sheriff's Department.

City of residence: Willows.

Occupation: Manager at Yeti's Pub & Grill. I opened Yeti's with Michael Monahan about nine months ago and we're trying our hardest to make a go of it.

Hobbies and interests: I don't have too much time for any hobbies, but I do love music: Singing, writing, and listening to all different kinds of music; and artwork, especially photography.

What are your favorite things about spring?: I love the springtime. Cool in the mornings and warm in the afternoons.

Whom do you most admire and why? I most admire my father and mother for being able to raise me.

What qualities in people do you most admire? Truthfulness and loyalty.

What is your favorite aspect of working at Yeti's? I enjoy meeting people and hearing their stories.

You have T-shirts that say "I survived the Yeti." What is the Yeti? The Yeti, or Killer Sandwich, is a pulled pork or chicken sandwich that is really, really hot. The sauce is made with capsaicin crystals and ghost peppers.

What is the most popular menu item? The Avalanche Burger, made with double patties and bacon. We would like it to be the Killer Sandwich, but a lot of people are afraid of it.

Do you have any nighttime events? Yes, twice a month we have live music. "Last Call" is playing this Saturday from 9 p.m. until we close.

What are you thankful for? I am very thankful for my family and friends. They have bent over backwards for me.
