Duane Ross Hanks, Jr.

Duane Ross Hanks Jr., age 52, passed away of natural causes on January 12, 2008 in Orland, CA. Duane was born on June 25, 1955 to Duane and Norma Hanks in Sacramento, CA. He was a Warehouse Supervisor for 11 years for Airways Industries. Duane liked to river and stream fish. He liked to go trucking with his cousin Dan every chance he could.

He is survived by his sister Elizabeth Shervo of CA, niece Jennifer Smith and nephew Michael Shervo both of CA, his aunt Arline Blaine (Art) of Colusa, cousins Dan Blaine (Rose) of Willows and Kenneth Blaine of Redding and Luck Henry of Sacramento.

Memorial services will be held at First Lutheran Church in Orland, CA on Thursday, January 17 at 2 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to Charity of Choice. Arrangements are being made by F.D. Sweet and Son Mortuary.
