Roberto Duran Ruvalcaba, 28, of Black Butte, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:22 p.m. Dec. 2 on County Road 9, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Bryann Jayme Weckman, 35, of the 600 block of South Murdock Road, Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:17 a.m. Dec. 2 on County Road 39, Willows. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

James Kevin Ellis, 47, of the first block of Donnie Lane, Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:14 p.m. Nov. 29 on First Street, east of Capay Road. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Donna Mai Moulton, 41, of Citrus Heights, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:59 a.m. Nov. 29 on northbound Interstate 5 at the Willows rest area.

She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Nancy Louise Floyd, 37, of the 6000 block of County Road 17, Orland, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 12:38 a.m. Nov. 27 on County Road 200. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Dejesus Cleofas Gonzalez, 24, address unknown, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 27 on Newport Road. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Felonies

Virginia Kathleen Crowder, 26, of the 200 block of Main Street, Hamilton City, was arrested by the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office at 10:35 a.m. Dec. 3 at her residence on suspicion of willful cruelty to a child. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Miguel Angel Cruz, 24, of Fresno, was arrested by the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office at 12:12 a.m. Dec. 1 on northbound Interstate 5, south of County Road 3 on suspicion f possession of a controlled substance and illegal entry.

Claudio Antunez Garcia, 48, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:26 a.m. Nov. 30 on Highway 32, Orland on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance and illegal entry. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Christopher Sexton, 28, of the 200 block of South Yolo Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 10:32 p.m. Nov. 28 on the 200 block of West Walnut Street on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and making criminal threats. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Nathan Tyrone Davis, 31, of the 600 block of North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 3:07 p.m. Nov. 26 at his residence on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Christina Marie Singh, 30, of Manteca was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 4:16 p.m. Nov. 26 on the 1000 block of South Street, Orland, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.
