DUI

Mark Anthony Valine, 50, of North Highlands, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. Dec. 21 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies at the Glenn County Jail, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.

Kenneth Lawrence Polit, 41, of Orland, was arrested at 9:24 Dec. 22 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 32 at County Road RR, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $8,000.

FELONY

Jennifer Mikaela Stone, 22, of Orland, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. Dec. 22 by Orland police on Walker and Second streets, on suspicion of driving under the influence with a prior conviction; and willful cruelty to a child, resulting in possible injury or death. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $75,000.
