DUI

Eric Lorenzo Davis, 31, of Sacramento, was arrested at 7:47 p.m. Dec. 13 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of County Road 68, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

FELONY

Denise Ann Hernandez, 38, of Willows, was arrested at 5:43 a.m. Dec. 12 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies at the Glenn County Jail, on suspicion of the forgery of a check; being in possession of a bad check or money order; and committing a felony while released on bail. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail and held without bail.

Sean Patrick Barrett, 31, of Sacramento, was arrested at 8 p.m. Dec. 13 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, north of Delevan, on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent and purchasing or receiving a stolen vehicle. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $22,000.
