DUI

Christopher Wayne Larsen, 26, of Orland, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. Nov. 30 by Orland police on Eighth and Swift streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $8,000.

William Raymond Hodge, 52, of Maxwell, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. Dec. 1 by Orland police on Walker and East streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $12,000.

Nicole Rae Croff, 25, of Orland, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. Dec. 2 by Orland police on the 100 block of East Chapman Street, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $3,000.

FELONY

Hank Daniel Butterfield, 34, of Orland, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 30 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies on the 6500 block of County Road 3, Orland, on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Richard Howard Peterson, 40, of Orland, was arrested at 1 p.m. Nov. 30 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies at the Glenn County Jail, on suspicion of grand theft, and receiving known stolen property. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.

Javier Chavez, 26, of Orland, was arrested at 8:36 a.m. Dec. 3 by Orland police at the Glenn County Superior Courthouse in Orland, on suspicion of attempted murder, assault with the intent to commit great bodily injury and committing a felony while released on bail. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $200,000.
