FELONY

Zach Thomas Frank, 33, of Willows, was arrested at 12 a.m. Nov. 21 by Willows police on the 700 block of East Sycamore Street, on suspicion of being in possession of stolen property and forgery of prescriptions. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $22,000.

Kristine Janae Bracksieck, 23, of Linden, was arrested at 10 a.m. Nov. 21 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies at the Rio Consumnes Correctional Center, Elk Grove, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Brent John Deniz, 22, of Orland, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 21 by Glenn County Probation at Glenn County Superior Court, Orland, on suspicion of being a prohibited person owning ammunition. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $30,000.

Marcos Felipe Sandoval, 33, of Chico, was arrested at 1:53 p.m. Nov. 21 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies on Seventh and Sacrament streets, Orland, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.

Mario Vincent Souza, 34, of Benicia, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. Nov. 25 by the California Highway Patrol on Humboldt Avenue at Wood Street, Willows, on suspicion of the forgery of a check. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Saul Perez, 24, of Orland, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. Nov. 26 by Orland police on the 4000 block of County Road M, on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Mario Caravez, 31, of Hamilton City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:21 p.m. Friday on Hillcrest Road in Rancho Tehama on suspicion of selling marijuana and possession of marijuana. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $28,000.

DUI

Consuelo Rodriquez Hernandez, 69, of Orland, was arrested at 2 p.m. Nov. 23 by the California Highway Patrol on Walker and Fourth streets, Orland, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

Brian Christian Culver, 20, of Chico, was arrested at 5:17 p.m. Nov. 23 by Willows police on Butte and Wood streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Timothy Martin Pata, 60, of Orland, was arrested at 10:27 p.m. Nov. 24 by Orland police on Highway 99W and County Road 18, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

Ubaldo Cortez, 24, of Chico, was arrested at 11:03 p.m. Nov. 24 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 32, west of Irvine Finch State Park, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.
