DUI

Jason Ernest Smith, 23, of Orland, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. Nov. 7 by the California Highway Patrol on County Road H and County Road 25, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $$13,000.

FELONY

Rigoberto Junior Salcido, 20, of Hamilton City, was arrested at 3:37 p.m. Nov. 7 by the Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Taskforce, on Main Street, north of Fourth Street, Hamilton City, on suspicion of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor more than three years younger. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Gregorio Raygoza, 69, of Orland, was arrested at 10:16 a.m. Nov. 8 by Glenn County Sheriff's on the 6100 block of County Road 14, Orland, on suspicion of cruelty to an animal; and inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $45,000.
