Police blotter: November 7, 2009

FELONIES

Lindsey Morgan Merrifield, 22, of the 900 block of Cortina Drive, Orland, was arrested by the Glenn County Probation Department at 1:54 p.m. Nov. 4 in the 2000 block of County Road S, Willows, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Scott Patrick Collier, 43, of the 300 block of Swift Street, and Tommy Issac Taylor, 36, of the 7000 block of Lindsay Avenue, both of Orland, were arrested by the Glenn County Interagency Narcotics Task Force at 5:48 p.m. Nov. 3 in the 800 block of Newport Road, Orland, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. They was booked into Glenn County Jail.

David Thomas Bushway, 50, of the 6000 block of County Road 15, Orland, was arrested by the Glenn County Sheriff's Office at 6:41 p.m. Nov. 2 at his residence on suspicion of making criminal threats and cruelty to an elder resident. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

DUIs

Gregorio Raygoza, 66, of the 6000 block of County Road 14, Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:06 p.m. Nov. 4 on Old Highway 99W, south of County Road 30. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
