FELONIES

Chaz M. Fleissner, 20, of Santa Rosa, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:47 a.m. Oct. 31 on Highway 32, east of Sixth Avenue, Hamilton City, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

DUIs

Tammy Renee Hawes, 50, of the 6000 block of Fancis Lane, Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:35 a.m. Nov. 1 at County Road 200, Orland. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Alexandra Jordan Jeha, 18, of Alamo, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:43 a.m. Nov. 1 on southbound Interstate 5, north of County Road 68. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Francesca Gabriel Caselli, 21, of Los Gatos, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:42 p.m. Nov. 1 on northbound Interstate 5, north of County Road 24. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Deyan Penkov Draganov, 32, of the 600 block of North Humboldt Street, Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:38 a.m. Oct. 31 on Highway 45 at County Road 34. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Steven Howard Volz, 60, of the 4000 block of County Road KK, Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:36 p.m. Oct. 31 on Old Highway 99W, south of Highway 32. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
