Police blotter: October 10, 2009

FELONIES

Michelle Renee Goodwin, 21, and Aaron Jeremiah Potts, 20, of the 1300 block of West Sycamore Street, Willows, were both arrested by the Willows Police Department at their residence on suspicion of child cruelty. Both were booked into Glenn County Jail.

Jose Martinez-Morales, 31, of the 400 block of Cedar Street, Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:41 p.m. Oct. 4 on Fourth Street, north of Highway 162, Willows, on suspicion of using false citizenship documents and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Lawrence Carl Studyvin, 24, of Chico, was arrested by the Glenn County Sheriff's Office at 11:16 a.m. Oct. 4 on Highway 45 at County Road 24, Ord Bend, on suspicion of vehicle theft and receiving stolen property. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Christopher Allan Ritchie, 24, of Chico, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 8:55 p.m. Oct. 2 at Orland High School on suspicion of possession of a deadly weapon, dagger and possession of a weapon on public school grounds. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Landen Norman Livingston, 57, of the 400 block of East Street, Orland, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 4:22 a.m. Oct. 2 at his residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Neil Nabil Salem, 29, of Palo Alto, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:51 a.m. Oct. 2 on northbound Interstate 5, south of County Road 57 on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Inpeng Phommahaxay, 54, of the 13000 block of West Sycamore Street, Willows, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 12:50 a.m. Oct. 2 at Highway 32, Orland, on suspicion of felony driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a prior conviction. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

DUIs

Alejandro Martinez, 36, of the 300 block of South Street, Orland, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 10:38 p.m. Oct. 8 at his residence. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Bradley James Barry, 27, of the 1200 block of West Wood Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 3 a.m. Oct. 8 in the 300 block of North Murdock Street. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Kevin Jon Terwilleger, 45, of the 800 block of Pecan Circle, Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:57 p.m. Oct. 7 on southbound Interstate 5, north the county line. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Al Joseph Cancilla, 50, of San Jose, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:36 p.m. Oct. 6 on southbound Interstate 5, south of County Road 68. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Roberta Ann Beatty, 36, of the 6000 block of County Road 39, Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol 4:52 p.m. Oct. 6 near her residence. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Angel Luis Urrutia, 20, of the 1300 block of West Sycamore Street, Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:30 a.m. Oct. 6 on southbound Interstate 5 at County Road 27, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Ryan Anthony Harris, 21, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:57 a.m. Oct. 5 on County Road 305, Elk Creek. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Robert Arthur Gillam, 62, of the 6000 block of County Road 48, Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:15 p.m. Oct. 3 at Old Highway 99W at County Road 48. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
