Felonies
Alejandro Muraira, 30, of the 200 block of East Shasta Street, Orland, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 6:41 p.m. May 25 at Eighth and Shasta streets on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Mark Anthony Nagle, 30, of Cottonwood, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6 p.m. May 25 on southbound Interstate 5, north of County Road 39, on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale and transporting more than an ounce of marijuana. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Mathew Kenneth Harmer, 33, of the 100 block of North Yolo Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 1:01 a.m. May 23 at his residence on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Timothy Joseph Gurule, 43, of the 300 block of County Road 2, Elk Creek, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 1:05 a.m. May 23 in the 100 block of North Yolo Street, Willows, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Humberto Montezuma, 39, of the 200 block of Sacramento Avenue, Hamilton City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:33 p.m. May 25 at Sacramento Avenue and Second Street, Hamilton City. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Noel Torres Garcia, 60, of Biggs, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:50 a.m. May 24 on Highway 32 and County Road P, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Teasha Marie Goalder, 28, of the 700 block of East Wood Street, Willows, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 3:11 a.m. May 23 at Wood and Yolo Streets, Willows. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Brian Keith McCollum, 36, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:27 a.m. May 23 on southbound Interstate 5 at Highway 162, Willows. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Javier Villarruel, 38, of the 600 block of North Humboldt Street, Willows, was arrested by the Orland Police Department 10:23 p.m. May 22 in the 1200 block of Sixth Street, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
