• Favorite part of the job: Watching people's lives change and achieve their goals.

• What part of your job would you gladly give up? I wouldn't change anything.

• What do you like most about Artois? It's small and in a location that is easy to get to.

• What would you like to change in Artois? The amenities, there needs to be a gas station.

• What's the closest you have been to a famous person? I have met Frank Zane who was the first Mr. Olympian. I have also shook hands with Lou Ferrigno.

• Tell us about a life changing experience: When I joined the Marine Corps. I went from living in a small town to traveling the world.

• If you were granted one wish, what would you wish for? I wish that I could be rich enough to train everybody for free.

• Who do you most admire and why? People that don't give up.

• What are your favorite places to go in the area? Lake Shasta.

• What was your first job? The Marine Corps.

• If you were a superhero, what would your power be? I would be like Wolverine with super strength and unbreakable.

• What is something you can't live without? Love.

• What's something about yourself that your friends might not know? That I have a big heart.

• Do you have any pet peeves? People who whine.

• Describe yourself in three words? Hardworking, aggressive and persistent.

• Pets: Three dogs, 10 chickens and 1 cat.

• How do you unwind? Lifting weights, boating, riding my Harley and hot-tubbing.

• Where do you get your news? Local newspapers and the Fox News.

• Favorite thing to do on a rainy day: Spend time with my family and lift weights.

• Dream job: I am doing it!

• Fondest memory: When I became a husband and a father.

• Favorite book: Anything to do with fitness.

• Favorite food: Chicken, because I practice what I preach. On occasion, I do eat lean beef.

• Favorite music: Everything, it depends on my mood.

• If you were reincarnated as an animal, which would you be and why? That would be a cross between an eagle and a lion. I would be the king of the jungle and the master of the sky.

• What is your guilty pleasure? Chocolate.

• What quality in people do you most admire? Honesty.

• What was your favorite toy as a child? Anything mechanical.

• Favorite TV show: Anything on the Discovery Channel.

• If you were a fruit, which one would you be and why? A pomegranate because it takes a long time to get through them and they are high in antioxidants.
