Felonies
John Thomas Duncan, 24, of the 700 block of South Culver Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 4:15 p.m. Nov. 16 on the 200 block of South Lassen Street, Willows, on suspicion of transporting marijuana and possession of marijuana. He
was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Lindsay Margarit Moore, 24, of Oregon, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 4:15 p.m. Nov. 16 on the 200 block of South Lassen Street, Willows, on suspicion of transporting marijuana and possession of marijuana. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Anthony Charles Enos, 39, of the 200 block of East Shasta Street, Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:32 p.m. Nov. 15 on County Road H on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Marcos Meneses, 27, transient, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:45 p.m. Nov. 15 at the southbound Interstate 5 rest area near Willows on suspicion of manufacturing false identification documents. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Michael Vincent Sogoian, 21, of the 6000 block of County Road 7, Orland, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 4:22 p.m. Nov. 15 on the first block of Walker Street, Orland on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

DUIs
Earle Raymond Smith, 43, of the 500 block of South Shasta Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 12:18 a.m. Nov. 16 at Cedar and Murdock Streets, Willows. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Daniel Valencia Pamatz, 24, of Washington, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:48 p.m. Nov. 15 on County E, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Alfredo Pavon Romero, 25, of Richfield, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 9:34 p.m. Nov. 15 at Third and Monterey  Streets. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Roxana Regina Romero, 23, of Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:05 p.m. Nov. 13 on southbound Interstate 5, near Orland. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Henry William Thompson, 25, of the 600 block of North Humboldt Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at  1:55 a.m. Nov. 13 on Pacific and Wood Streets. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
